Chef Roy Victory operates a full service, licensed, and insured, catering
operation for the Tulsa Metro area and beyond.
Chef Roy focuses on making your event exactly what you
dreamed it would be, with his commitment to and expectations of
excellence while serving you during this special time. From --
Business Lunches, Weddings, Galas, Small Dinner Parties, to
Fruit and Bagel trays for you corporate training meeting, and any
other time that you need food catered, Chef Roy can be there.
Chef Roy has over Twenty Years of experience in the Food
Service Industry, and has a French Base of cooking style that
blends with his many years of cooking experiences. His formal
training was at Western Culinary Institute in Portland Oregon
where he fine tuned his cooking art to include many dishes from
a broad range of Ethnicities and regions from around the world
and the US. He has a deep love of many different Ethnic foods
which blends wonderfully into many of his dishes and cooking
styles today.
