Ordering Guide
We have a few questions to help us better serve you.
  • What is the date for your event?
  • Where is the location of your event?
  • Do you have a set budget your working within?
  • What time would you like the event to start?
  • How many guests are you planning to feed?
  • How formal is the event?
  • Will you be needing linens, and if so what colors?
  • Do you need rental items: Dishes, Tables & Chairs, Chafing Dishes, Tents?
  • Will you require servers, or just food drop off?
  • Serving start time and service finish time?
  • Will you be needing a full meal or finger foods?
  • Do you need Bar Service?
  • If your event is planned to be out doors, do you have a rain plan to accommodate your
    guests?

We do offer free tastings for wedding and other events with estimated budgets
of $1000.00 or more.

We are full service, and can provide: service, tables, chairs, linens, linen
napkins, chair linens, china, glassware, flatware, and upscale disposables.

We are a licensed and insured catering company, and will happily provide
proper documentation for clients upon request.

Our menu prices are for food and beverage only, because each event differs so
much.  Each of the following items are separate lines on your invoice: staffing,
servers, rental, disposables, delivery and setup fees.  Delivery and setup fees
are determined by location and the amount of setup your event requires.

We encourage private consultations in our offices or on site meetings to
personally discuss the specifics of your event, and assist with the event
planning.

Chef Roy does make custom event cakes and you may choose to purchase the
cake with us or use other bakery services.

Because of health and safety issues, we can not leave leftover foods with
clients, this is due to Insurance and Health Departments Requirements.

Left over foods are donated to various charities like: John 3:16 Missions, The
Day Center for The Homeless, and other reputable organizations that feed our
community in need.

We accept: Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover
cards.

Changes to your menu, staffing needs, and rentals can be made up to two
weeks prior to the date of your event.

For most new clients, we do require a 1/3 of total estimated catering costs as a
deposit upon booking your date.  This deposit will be applied to the remaining
balance on your invoice.

Yes, we do have references, and we'll be happy to email you our list upon
request.
