Roasted Rubbed Brisket
Trimmed Briskets that have been dry rubbed with Chef's special blend of spices, herbs,
coffee, and slow roasted until tender and melts in your mouth. (Chef’s blend of spices can be
adjusted to accommodate your specific taste for Heat)
Tender Smothered Mahogany Roast of Beef
Slow roasting for 10 plus hours brings all of the flavors forward with this roast. It is just falling
apart and is served smothered in home made pan gravy.
Citrus Roasted Chicken
Bone IN chicken quarters that are marinated with herbs & spices, oranges & lemon slices, and
slow roasted until fragrant and tender.
Herb Roasted Chicken
Bone IN chicken quarters that are rubbed with garlic, thyme, pepper, and spices then hot
