Grilled Marinated Mushrooms
Button mushrooms marinated in Balsamic
vinegar, olive oil, garlic and herbs, then grilled to tender
perfection.  Served chilled or at room temperature.

Cheese Platter
Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Swiss with a display of fresh
breads and crackers

Premium Cheese Display
Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Blue Cheese, Smoked Gouda,
Swiss and Brie accompanied by fresh breads, and
